A private estate set within an existing forest on natural terrain. Plots range from 20 to 40 square meters the site layout is arranged so that no house looks directly into another. Each residence follows the logic of its plot — preserving existing trees where possible and treating the building as a continuation of the landscape rather than an imposition on it. Materials are consistent across the estate: Schüco and Sky-Frame glazing, thermally modified ash cladding, natural stone, and basalt.
